We arrived on a cold Friday afternoon and entered a heated, lightly lit place that made us feel welcome right from the start. We felt at home, maybe even a little bit pampered, due to the attention to nice touches in every room. We had a wonderful long weekend and are determined to return in the not-so-distant future.”

This place is 5 star luxe, the house is pristine with everything new and so tastefully decorated and furnished. Dream kitchen, top quality beds and linen.
The location is amazingly private and scenic. We came when it was very cold and the heating worked really well, even in the downstairs studio with external entrance.
Mary was a great responsive host and provided lots of info on where to eat and things to do.
